Before you write about a payment
If a payment was debited but your plan or credits did not appear, it is usually reconciled automatically within 30 minutes, and any failed transaction is auto-reversed by the payment gateway within 5–7 business days. If neither has happened, email us with the payment reference and we will reconcile it by hand — see the Refund Policy.
