1. Acceptance

By using Evenstocks AI, you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, refrain from accessing the platform.

Who you are contracting with

These terms are between you and FTP Private Limited (CIN U66190TZ2026PTC040188), the company that operates Evenstocks. Registered office: 93-97, Dr. Rajarathinam Street, Ramnagar, Coimbatore South, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu 641009, India. See About Us for full corporate details.

2. Eligibility

• Age Requirement: Users must be 18+ or have legal guardian consent.
• Account Security: Subscribers are responsible for account security and accurate payment details.

3. Services

• AI Analysis: Evenstocks AI provides data-driven research and analysis but does not give buy/sell recommendations or guarantee returns.
• Real-Time Data: Sourced from third parties; delays or inaccuracies may occur.
• Paid Plans: Plus and Pro are sold for the period you choose (one month or one year). Monthly plans may auto-renew, but only if you choose it at checkout — ticking that box registers a mandate on your UPI or card through Razorpay, charges the same amount each month until you cancel, and can be switched off at any time from My Profile → Plan & usage. Razorpay notifies you at least 24 hours before every automatic charge. Yearly plans never auto-renew, and a monthly plan bought without that box ticked is a single payment. When a period ends without renewal the account returns to the Free plan. Prices on our Plans & Pricing page are in Indian rupees and are the total amount payable; no tax is added at checkout. • Quotas and Credits: Each plan includes a monthly allowance of Stocky questions, Investment Committee runs and screenshot imports, which resets on the 1st of each month and does not carry over. Optional add-on Credits are used only after the allowance is exhausted and stay valid 12 months from purchase.
• Referral Credits: When three people sign up with your invite link and verify their email, we add 10 promotional Credits to your account, up to five such rewards a month. Referral Credits are free, have no cash value, cannot be transferred or refunded, and expire 90 days after they are added. Referrals from the same person, the same device or network, or accounts created to game the scheme do not count, and we may withdraw Credits earned that way.

4. Prohibited Activities

• Reverse-engineering, scraping, or exploiting the platform for commercial gain.
• Using AI outputs for illegal trading practices (e.g., market manipulation).
• Sharing login credentials or violating Indian IT Act 2000.

5. Intellectual Property

• All content (charts, reports, algorithms) is owned by Evenstocks AI.
• Limited, non-commercial use permitted with proper attribution.

6. Disclaimers

• Not a SEBI-registered investment advisor: Evenstocks does not provide buy / sell recommendations, model portfolios, or any service requiring SEBI Research Analyst or Investment Adviser registration. All outputs are evidence-based research and information only.
• No Financial Advice: Insights are informational, not a substitute for professional advice. You are solely responsible for your investment decisions.
• Market Risk: Indian equities, derivatives, and mutual funds are subject to market risk. Past performance is not indicative of future returns. Read all related scheme documents and offer documents carefully before investing.
• "As-Is" Basis: We disclaim warranties for uptime, accuracy, or fitness for purpose. Real-time and EOD data are sourced from third parties and may contain delays or inaccuracies.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

• Investment losses from using our platform.
• Third-party data errors or service interruptions.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend accounts for breaches, fraud, or abusive behavior.

9. Governing Law

Disputes will be resolved under Indian law, with jurisdiction in Mumbai Courts.
